In this program, students will examine some diaries from the 1800s and compare and contrast their lives to the lives of the children who wrote the diaries. Students will get the opportunity to try out some of the daily chores that they would have had to do, as well as learn a typical one-room schoolhouse lesson and finish the workshop with an engaging activity!
