Signature Initiatives

ArtWorks is a paid creative arts-based job training and college readiness after-school program for high school students, ages 14-18.
Students are enrolled as paid apprentices to train under Master Teaching Artists, who mentor them in an art form while they learn skills transferable to any future workplace or college.
Young Generations is an arts-centered restorative justice program for High School aged youth (14-18).
In partnership with the Erie County Probation Department, participants are given opportunities to work with professional artists, practice art forms, and develop relevant skills in a safe educational environment.

Family ArtFest is an annual family-oriented celebration of arts and community that serves as the culmination of Young Audiences Week.
Bringing together dozens of Teaching Artists, Performing Artist, and Community Partners, this event overflows with creativity and excitement and serves hundreds of families every year.

Our Arts Integration Kit Initiative is our way of ensuring that every Western New York family has an opportunity to bring creativity home!
These take-home kits pair culturally relevant children's books, carefully crafted lesson plans, and all the art supplies necessary for families all over Western New York to engage with arts integration at home.
