Fueled by a desire to empower young people, Rashaad Holley’s design philosophy centers around fostering creativity and self-expression. Over the past decade, he has collaborated with
community organizations to introduce garment construction, fashion photography, and styling to Buffalo’s youth. This dedication led him to establish The Ruth L. Holley Design Studio, built on four core principles: Community, Education, Access, and Continuity.
Rashaad believes that fashion can inspire both creativity and personal growth. Drawing on his own experiences in global fashion capitals, he’s developed a deep appreciation for high quality
construction techniques and textiles. His impressive portfolio includes the 2018 FSF Case Study Scholarship, international studies in London, China, and Milan, as well as collaborations with global brands like Puma Basketball, and Adidas.
