Join Us for FREE Balloon Art at the Resource Council of WNY!

Arts for Learning WNY Performing Artist Janice Spagnola is sure to inflate your spirits with her engaging balloon artistry! Watch in amazement as a few simple balloons turn into your favorite animals and intricate designs!

Come between 11am and 2pm and bring the whole family to enjoy this exciting event! While you're there, catch performances of "Greetings from Guinea," a musical performance by Arts for Learning WNY Performing Artist Mohamed Diaby with performances at 12pm and 1pm.
