Let's get moving with Teaching Artist Charis Humphrey.  Participating youth will engage in community building activities and warm-ups. Build greater awareness of bodily alignment and the purpose of conditioning (exercise). Participants will also learn basic counting of music, hearing through layered instruments and musicality through movement.
