Lissette DeJesús
Lissette DeJesús, is an actor and Theater practitioner here in Buffalo NY. A recent graduate of Buffalo State University, Lissette works both as a Theater Teaching Artist and actor within the Buffalo community. Her approach to theater is structured with a strong focus on Play to encourage young people to engage their imaginations, confront their fears and articulate their artistic instincts. She recently served as a Teaching Artist with ArtWorks's Spring 23' semester, training and directing 10 Apprentices in the Future Thespians program. Her most recent performance credits include Twelfth Night (MusicalFare), Murder on The Orient Express (All For One), Great Expectations (Irish Classical) and Direction of Pippin at Buffalo State University. "If we can commit to the daily integration of play in our lives, we can look forward to a future filled with more accepting, brave and creative leaders."
