Aitina Fareed-Cooke initially pursued creative expression in words, and later photography/film and music, as a means to address the trauma of her early life. She has since become an established professional multidisciplinary artist, award-winning photographer, educator, creative entrepreneur and accomplished Christian hip-hop artist (under the name A.I. The Anomaly).

Aitina has worked within various non-profit organizations for close to 20 years throughout the city of Buffalo NY and beyond where she has developed, managed and implemented media arts projects & education programs. Her work has assisted emerging artists in fostering opportunities for growth in creative problem solving, social awareness, and peer collaboration.

Currently she serves as the Founder/Owner and Creative Director of Get Fokus'd Productions (Creative Media Arts company). As an educator she designs, develops and implements youth development programs within the field of media arts for organizations across the country.
