Make Your Very Own Zines to Show Off Your Artwork!
Join Teaching Artist Laura Chenault for a crafty discovery of zine making at Springville Center for the Arts!
Ideal for young learners 5 and up and their families, this FREE program is all about creating zines through folding and binding techniques.
Participants will learn to create a variety of easy bookbinding structures to turn their own creative endeavors into zines that are easy to make multiples of for sharing both in person and online. By the end of the session, you will know how to create an 8-page zine from a single piece of paper, how to use basic bookbinding tools, and how to organize information in the book format.
